Confluence is a nationally recognized landscape architecture firm with local Midwestern roots—our team developed their brand identity when they were a single office working next door. Years later, their thoughtful growth and principled practice has yielded offices across the country and work that spans the globe. Preparing to expand into a new market with a Denver, Colorado office, Confluence enlisted the help of Measure to develop a campaign that would both announce the expansion and realign their brand image. We developed the Elevate theme as both a novel play on Denver’s mile high location and as a broader platform to discuss the positive growth and success Confluence is experiencing as a whole. An email campaign followed by a premium showcase book helped position Confluence at the top.
Confluence’s new Denver location is both their most distant and their highest—towering thousands of feet in elevation above their other plains-based offices. We used that fact as an ice breaker, comparing the elevation of every Confluence location. This comparison provided a way to introduce the new office without losing sight of Confluence’s entire footprint.
Following the announcement, Confluence wanted to realign their brand image with key clients and colleagues. After exploring many possibilities, we developed a custom, limited edition book showcasing their philosophy, people and work. Die cut flaps marking the elevation of each Confluence location illustrate how the diversity of skills in each office combine to elevate Confluence as a whole. The package was completed with a translucent die-cut sleeve and custom matching envelope to create a truly premium experience for recipients.
